Who this covers

Maui Bin Cleaning is a trash bin cleaning service preparing to launch on Maui, Hawaii. This notice describes what happens to the information you submit through the interest list on this website. It does not describe any other business relationship, because we are not operating yet.

What we collect

When you submit the interest form, we store:

• Your email address
• Your Maui town or area and ZIP code
• The cleaning frequency you said you'd most likely use
• Optionally, your first name, number of bins, and customer type
• Optionally, your answers to the short follow-up questions (whether the tested pricing feels too low, about right, or too high; a fair price per visit; your main reason; and any comments)
• The date and time of your signup
• The wording of the consent statement you agreed to, its version, and when you agreed
• Which page you first landed on, the website domain that referred you if any, and campaign tags (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term, utm_content) present in the link you used

We do not ask for your street address, phone number, or any payment information, and we do not collect payment details anywhere on this site.

How we use it

• To email you about launch availability and service details
• To judge where demand is strong enough to run a route, using town and ZIP code
• To understand which service frequency and price expectations are realistic

Your pricing feedback and fair-price answer are market research. They are not a quote, an offer, or a commitment by either of us.

Anonymous website measurement

We separately record anonymous counts of page views, call-to-action clicks, form starts, saved signups, and completed follow-up surveys, along with the page path and any campaign tags. These records include a random browser-session identifier that is discarded when you close the tab. Email addresses, names, and free-text answers are never included in this measurement data.

Who can see your submission

Interest list submissions are private. They are stored in our backend database with access rules that prevent public visitors from reading, listing, or exporting them. Only the signed-in owner account can view or export the list.

Where it's stored

Submissions are stored in this website's hosted backend database. A copy is also kept in a private Google Sheet that only the business owner can open, so we can review and follow up on interest. We have not engaged any separate marketing, email, or analytics vendor.

How long we keep it

We keep your signup while we are researching demand and preparing to launch. If you ask us to remove you, or you unsubscribe, we delete your record from the interest list.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe at any time, and you can ask us to show you or delete what we hold about you. Reach us through Instagram or Facebook until a published contact email address is in place.
